Dr. Stefan Fourie is the Chief Learning Officer of Dr. Stefan Fourie and Associates, a niche organisational and learning development consultancy, based in Cape Town and Windhoek.
The consultancy specialises in Organisational Development with a specific focus on learning psychology, individual, team, and organisational learning.
He holds two master’s degrees, in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Education and Training as well as a PhD in Learning and Development.
He is an Organisational and Learning Development practitioner and consultant who draws from two decades of experience within a variety of organisations, knowing firsthand the potential that the learning process holds.
